What we collect
Account information (name, email), conversation transcripts from your brief sessions, brief data (project name, audience, market, aspirations), generated brand assets, and payment records processed through Stripe.
How we use it
To generate your brand assets, improve our service, and communicate with you about your projects. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for service delivery (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage).
Voice data
If you use voice mode, audio is processed in your browser or sent to a transcription service. Raw audio is not stored. Only the text transcript is saved as part of your conversation history.
Data retention
Your account data and delivered brand assets are retained indefinitely so you can return to re-download your files. Unpaid briefs expire after 20 days and are permanently deleted. You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data.
Your rights (CCPA)
You can access all your data through your dashboard and account pages. You can download all your deliverable files. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. For data portability requests or questions: founder@pictaraai.com
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for page performance monitoring. This is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking services.
