Refund Policy

Before payment

The entire brief journey is free. You can explore the service, build a brief, see logo previews, and walk away without paying. No credit card is required until you choose a package.

After payment, before delivery

If your brand package has not yet been delivered (generation is still in progress), you can request a full refund by contacting us at founder@pictaraai.com.

After delivery

Because brand assets are digital goods generated specifically for your project, we generally cannot offer refunds after delivery. However, if you believe the delivered assets do not match your approved brief, contact us and we will review your case.

How to request a refund

Email founder@pictaraai.com with your project name and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
