1. Service description

Pictara is an AI-powered brand identity service operated by Pictara LLC (pending), a Wyoming entity. The service generates visual brand assets including logos, color palettes, typography selections, mockups, and Brand Guides based on customer input.

2. Payments

All payments are one-time, non-recurring charges processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD. There are no subscriptions, auto-renewals, or recurring charges of any kind.

3. Intellectual property

All brand assets generated by Pictara for a paid project are owned by the customer. Pictara retains no usage rights to customer-specific deliverables. The customer receives full commercial usage rights with no attribution requirement.

6. Limitation of liability
